Politis, Nangano & Politis is experienced in alternative dispute resolution ("ADR"). We resolve cases for parties before complaints are filed, often saving the parties from costly litigation.
Michael A.J. Nangano is our most experienced practitioner in this area, and has arbitrated and mediated several hundred cases involving the firm's practice areas. He was trained at the renowned Mediation Program at Pepperdine University by active and retired judges, and is on the Arbitration Panel of the California Superior Court.
This gives our clients an advantage as we can assess whether ADR is appropriate for them given their case. We also provide these same services for third parties and other law firms seeking an unbiased and independent third party to resolve their cases without costly litigation.
