Real Estate Litigation
Our Firm's representation in real estate litigation
generally deals with purchase and sale disputes
and construction claims, as well as, the legal obligations of
real estate brokers and agents. Litigation in this area is
almost always closely tied with the particular contract or contract(s) involved and
the interpretation of those written documents against one party versus that of another.
Internet Law
For 6 years, our Firm's lawyers have represented
one of the nations largest ISP's and has been actively
involved in its campaign to combat unsolicited email
advertisements (commonly known as "SPAM").
In addition, the Firm's lawyers have been involved
in software copyright and trade infringement cases.
Auto Dealership Practice
Our Firm has represented multiple auto dealerships on
the entire range of auto related tort and unfair
business claims, including but not limited to, Song-Beverly
Act defense, fraudulent sales practice, violations
of business and professions code 17200 and related
employment issues.
Insurance Defense Litigation,
Coverage & Bad Faith
Our Firm's lawyers are experienced in all
aspects of insurance coverage and insurance defense
litigation. Many times these matters are based upon
sets of complex facts, and often, either fraudulent
or unsupported claims. In addition, many involve
the interpretation of insurance policies and the
duties flowing from an insurance company to their

While our Firm concentrates on defense of business
entities, we do represent individuals on tort claims
regarding catastrophic accidents and death.
Probate litigation
For the past seven years, our Firm has served as
litigation counsel for a noted local area probate
firm which has led to our Firm litigating issues
regarding testamentary succession, will contests,
omitted heirs, actions both seeking surcharges against
conservators and defending conservators from surcharge
